In Greenpaws at Greenstreet Gardens, the bagged treats are organized by Training Treats, Biscuits, and Chews. What makes Greenpaws treats different? It depends on how you plan to use them with your dog.Â
Training treats are just that. Treats that are used when you’re teaching your dog to perform a specific behavior.  They are higher in protein; therefore, making them of greater value and highly desirable. Some are smaller to reward more frequently, such as Tricky Trainers, by Cloud Star. We stock freeze-dried raw products, including Northwest Naturals, Primal, and Momentum.  These include beef, chicken, pork or duck hearts, liver, and breast, to name a few. Most dogs are lured to do what they’re asked when a high-value reward is forthcoming.
Biscuits are often used as a snack. We offer a wide range of biscuits that grew from customers’ feedback. We offer treats of different sizes, textures, and flavors for the palates of our pickiest canines!   Fruitables come baked or chewy. We just restocked our selection of My Doggy cookies! They come in enticing flavors such as bacon, sweet potato- cinnamon, peanut butter-banana and apple- honey. Some customers report breaking the K9 Granola treats in half easily because they’re so soft and easily digested. Banana Cherry Nuggets are back in stock along with Simply Biscuits, with no corn, wheat or soy!
Finally, our bagged chews. These are intended to be longer lasting, assist with dental hygiene and/or provide a source of enrichment. Some are soft chews, like the Gaines Family Sweet Potato Salmon Filets or Sweet Potato Fries. Others are firmer to allow for longer periods of entertainment. Durkha Chews are yak cheese products in a variety of sizes for small to large breeds to enjoy. We carry jerky by Barkworthies, cow tails, beef cheek strips and a host of others. Cod Crips by the honest kitchen, are healthy chews or strips loaded with protein and antioxidants. There are a variety of chews available—all supplied with the best intent—healthy food=healthy pets!
