Full Refund: Cancel your reservation more than 12 days before departure (by February 22nd, 5:00 pm) and receive a full refund. Perfect for those unexpected surprises!
$75 Store Credit: Cancellations made within 7 to 12 days before departure (after February 22nd, 5:00 pm, but before February 25th, 5:00 pm) will reward you with a $75 store credit, letting you keep the garden fun rolling!
No Refunds: Cancellations less than 7 days before departure (after February 25th, 5:00 pm) are non-refundable. But hey, why not share the love? Transfer your ticket to a friend or family member instead!
Nature can be unpredictable, but that won’t rain on our parade:
Safety First: If inclement weather makes our Tuesday, March 4th trip unsafe, don’t fret—a backup date is set for Thursday, March 6th.
Full Refund: If safety issues persist and the Philadelphia Flower Show is closed on the snow date, you’ll receive a full refund. No worries, no hassle.
Partial Refund: If it’s unsafe to travel on the snow date but the Flower Show proceeds, we’ll issue a $75 refund ($45 non-refundable). You’ll still have something sweet to take away!
