Breakfast Casserole

  1. 1 1lb. Breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
  2. 6 eggs
  3. 4 oz. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  4. 1 tsp. mustard powder
  5. 1/2 cup fresh Sage
  6. Sour Cream
  7. Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°. Crumble sausage in 9” casserole dish. Mix eggs, mustard, salt and pepper—pour over meat. Sprinkle half the cheese. Put several spoons of sour cream on top, follow with some sage. Top with rest of cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
